This course will provide computer novices with the skills and confidence to complete basic computer and online tasks in the digital age.
Topics covered include:
Basic Word Processing e.g. text entry and formatting, printing.
Internet searching, researching holidays, sightseeing, restaurants, flights and accommodation.
Online shopping and booking appointments e.g. NCT, Car Tax, switching service providers to save on your bills.
Email skills to keep in touch with family.
Sharing photos.
WhatsApp video calls.
Organising your files so your information is at your fingertips when you need it.
No previous computer experience is required.
