Yoga Classes
We currently run three Yoga courses.
Yoga (beginners)
Day/Time: Tuesday 7:00-8:00pm
Duration: 10 weeks
Tutor: Trish Staines
Fee: €100
Format: In person; refund issued for remaining classes if restrictions imposed
This course of gentle yoga uses Hatha-based gentle flow movements. It is suitable for all, including complete beginners, but is not suitable for those who are pregnant. Ease into your evening releasing any tension and stress, while strengthening the body and connecting with the breath.

This mixed level yoga flow course uses a mix of gentle and vinyasa flow Hatha-based yoga. All levels are welcome, but this course is not suitable if you are pregnant. Build strength and stamina while stretching and releasing the body and mind.

This mixed level yoga flow course uses a mix of gentle and vinyasa flow Hatha-based yoga. All levels are welcome, but this course is not suitable if you are pregnant. Build strength and stamina while stretching and releasing the body and mind.

Duration: 8 weeks

This course is suitable for everyone, and great for seniors or those less mobile. It will cover gentle yoga to help improve mobility, and increase flexibility and strength. The course will also aid relaxation and improve sleep patterns, benefitting both the body and the mind.
