Get fitter, stronger, and more energised with our new indoor rowing course using Concept2 rowing machines, the gold standard in indoor rowing. Whether you're a beginner or aiming to sharpen your technique, this one-hour weekly class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

FitDance Class is a fun and dynamic program suitable for all who are looking to have a blast and sweat out the daily stress. Classes are 50-60 minutes long and promise to keep you engaged in a lively and welcoming environment! Come join us and get fit in the meantime!

Elena Brooks holds an honours ITEC Pilates qualification. She loves teaching smaller groups so that each student gets individual attention, ensuring that they apply correct technique throughout the class. She adapts exercises depending on each student's ability and experience.
This class will take place upstairs in the Sports Hall.

On this course you will be introduced to the following:
· Exercises for loosening joints
· Breathing technique for relaxation
· Standing Meditation for conditioning the mind and body
· Introduction on taiji philosophy
· Perform a set of taiji & qigong routine to consolidate the above and to produce health benefits mentioned above.
By completing this program, the new student will have acquired the basic skills to enable them to be able to relax and cope better with daily stresses. Just wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
