Enrolment policies and other information
- Courses will only be run if there are sufficient enrolment numbers.
- Course enrolment for a particular course may only be secured by full payment of course fee.
- Students can enrol at the enrolment evenings which will be held on Mon 16th and Tue 17th Jan. Fees are payable on enrolment and receipts will be issued (your receipt is your admission to the course).
- The school allows postal enrolments, which should include the fee for the relevant course, to facilitate people who cannot attend the enrolment evening.
- Fees are strictly non-refundable unless the school decides not to run a course, in which case all fees will be refunded by post or credit card.
- Cheques should be made payable to St. Tiernan's Community School and should have your bank card number on the back.
- Fees can be paid by credit card through our school office or on the night of enrolment.
- Participants must be at least 16 years old. Where a student under the age of 16 wishes to enrol in a course the school management will consider such application and may at its discretion permit such enrolment.
- Unless otherwise stated courses are of ten weeks duration, begin at 7.30pm and finish at 9.30pm including a 15 minute tea/coffee break.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited by law in all areas of the school building.
- The school and its management accept no responsibility for loss or damage to the property of students. This includes motor cars, motor cycles and bicycles on the school grounds.
- Materials are NOT included in course fees unless otherwise stated on the brochure.
- Since access to St Tiernan's involves travelling through the residential area of Parkvale, we urge all participants to respect our good neighbours by driving slowly and carefully and parking on the school grounds only.
